Course Introduction

MoR® Practitioner Upgrade is a two-day course which will help delegates to build on their knowledge which was proven at the foundation level. This includes knowing the links and relationships between the Principles, Process, Approach, and Embedding & Reviewing MoR® which form the core concepts of the management of risk methodologies. The course will help the delegates to put the MoR® theory into practical knowledge and practice using different perspectives.

The MoR® Practitioner Upgrade course provides a thorough understanding of the principles, approach, and processes of Management of Risk and enables the delegates to apply the learning of the risk management guide to scenario-based tasks. By the completion of the course, the delegates will be able to perform the below tasks:

Plan and implement MoR® framework to an organisation with management support
Evaluate changes and ways to improve Risk Management
Able to resolve the issues caused by embedding and reviewing MoR®
Design effective strategies and concentrate on both internal and external factors causing risk

MoR® Practitioner Upgrade Exam

The MoR® Practitioner Upgrade exam is conducted on the last day of the course. Details are as follows:

Duration: 3 hours
Type: Objective based testing
Total: 4 questions having 20 marks each
Pass mark: 20 out of 40 (50% pass mark)

Introduction to MoR® Practitioner Examination

Structure and programme content of the Practitioner exam of questions
Reviewing and recapping all areas of the MoR® framework covered at foundation level.
Building on delegate’s existing knowledge to understand the links and relationships between the Principles, Approaches, Processes and Embedding and Reviewing MoR®.

Preparing for the practitioner exam

Using a sample exam paper and scenario
Repetition exam questions and timings in preparation for the live exam

Prerequisites

Delegates must have passed the MoR® Foundation exam before taking the MoR® Practitioner exam.

Important: Delegates must carry the following documents along with them as they have to be presented to the trainer on the examination day:

Confirmed entry in the AXELOS Successful Candidate Register or Participant will be required to provide the full SCR number (registration/candidate number located on the certificate).
Or A copy of the candidate’s examination certificate.
