Course Introduction

This ITIL® Service Offerings & Agreements course is a part of the four courses which fits into the capability stream for ITIL® certification. This examination may be taken by delegates who have already attended this course.

The course is designed for the ITIL® Foundation certificate holders in IT service management who are looking forward to attain the required skills which are needed to begin the practical implementation of the concepts covered by this course, in support of the Service Management lifecycle.

All delegates will be appearing for the examination at the end of the ITIL course. If the examination is taken at any other time, delegates have to bring ID proof along with them at that time.

Prerequisites

  • Delegates must hold either the ITIL® Foundation Certificate v3 or the ITIL® v2-v3 Foundation Bridge Certificate. If taking the exam, delegates are advised to provide Photo ID proof with a valid signature.
  • PeopleCert allow extra time for candidates with a physical disability or whose language differ from the examination paper. More Details are provided in the PeopleCert Reasonable Adjustments Policy available on PeopleCert website.

Vital Prerequisites:

The delegate must have the following:

  • A copy of examination certificate of the candidate
  • You must confirm entry in the AXELOS candidate register. You have to provide the full SCR number.
  • Delegates without evidence of the prerequisites will not be allowed to sit for the exam. In case your pre-requisites was taken with PeopleCert, just inform Best Practice Training of this information before the exam event.
